2 1/2 Cup (350 g) all purpose flour

1 teaspoon (4 g) salt

1 tablespoon (14 gram) granulated sugar

1 Cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into 1 inch cubes and chilled

1/4 to 1/2 Cup Ice water
