Episode 1: Fresh Pasta & Homemade Alfredo Sauce

Join Guest Chef Hannah Nix into the wonderful world of fresh pasta and homemade Alfredo Sauce. Once you had homemade you will never go back to the jar stuff again!

Shopping List:

For Pasta

2 cups All Purpose Flour 2 tablespoons mince parsley pinch salt 2 eggs (or 1/2 cup Egg Beater) 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For Simple Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup shredded FRESH parmesan cheese (not the Kraft Grated kind!) plus more to thicken and garnish

2 cup heavy cream

Salt & Pepper to taste

Remember these are blank slates, add different herbs to your pasta, sprinkle in some garlic powder in your sauce. Pair with some sautéed shrimp or grilled chicken! The possibilities are endless.
