The ProStart Culinary students put on a show this past Sunday. The young chefs did live demonstrations of all types of culinary skills including: clarifying butter, hollandaise sauce, Eggs Benedict, Swiss Meringue Butter Cream, bechame sauce, and Cake Decorating demos.
